My name is Emily Ponder and I am a junior. I am a STEM Cats Undergraduate Instructional Assistant and a neuroscience major. I am originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, but moved to Lexington when I was 8. (I have always been a cats fan.) As my family is very important to me, I stayed here in town for college. However, I started out at BCTC and got my Associates in Science there in three semesters. Luckily enough, I was offered a shot to be a STEM Cat during my time at BCTC and am now learning the roles of leadership in my third semester with STEM.
